Why not hire full time?
Marketers should focus on marketing, not designing banners. Creatives should focus on larger projects. Offload your small marketing graphics to us for quick turnaround.
What about web and product design?
We solely focus on marketing graphics, as shown above. Web designs, product designs, etc are out of our scope.
How do I submit and track requests?
Your organization will be setup with a Trello board for all requests and communication.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding takes only a few minutes. After payment is received, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding your brand and goals. From there, your organization is ready to begin submitting requests.
How fast will I receive my banner?
We work on your requests one at a time, with a typical turnaround of 24-48 hours. Backlog as many requests as you like, and we will get to those as soon as the prevoius is delivered.
What if I want revisions?
We will revise any deliverable until you are 100% happy with it. No questions asked.
Are there refunds?
Absolutely. If you are not 100% impressed and satisfied in working with us -- we will refund your money no questions asked. (We have yet to receive a refund request yet.)
Can I pause my subscription?
Of course. You can pause, resume, and cancel at anytime. You can also upgrade and downgrade your subscription as you see fit.
